Apparel Business Systems is currently seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • As the Sales Specialist, you will be a key player in driving the growth and success of our Apparel ERP System.

What You’ll Do:

  • Product Presentation: Conducting compelling product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our Apparel ERP System. You will effectively communicate how our solution addresses their specific pain points and helps them achieve their business goals.
  • Outbound Lead Generation: Conducting outbound communications to prospects, engaging them in meaningful dialog, and identifying potential business opportunities. Utilizing various lead generation techniques to identify and qualify potential leads. Maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads through accurate data collection and management in CRM software.
  • Relationship Building: Building and nurturing strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique requirements, and tailoring product presentations to meet their needs. You will work closely with our sales team to provide exceptional support throughout the sales process.
  • Marketing Strategy: Collaborating with our marketing team to develop and execute effective campaigns targeting the apparel and footwear industry. You will contribute to content creation, webinars, industry events, and other promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Market Research: Staying up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor analysis. You will provide valuable insights to our product development team, contributing to the enhancement of our Apparel ERP System and ensuring it remains at the forefront of the market.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales roles in the ERP software industry.
  • Strong understanding of the apparel and/or footwear industry, including its challenges, trends, and business processes preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients, understanding their pain points and effectively positioning our solution as the ideal choice.
  • Willingness to travel within North America. Current passport required.
  • Knowledge of selling and marketing strategies and techniques, with a creative mindset to contribute to the development of sales and marketing campaigns.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MSOffice365 with strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel. Working knowledge of LinkedIn Ad Generation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google PPC Ad Generation, Adobe Creative, Mail Chimp and/or Canva a plus.
  • Strong verbal communications skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Accountable to goals and deadlines of job function
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when under pressure
